1) M1882 French officer’s saber with an overall length of 39 1/4" and a blade length of 31 1/2". Plain blade is stamped near the hilt “BALP ST ETIENNE”. Plated hilt reminiscent of a US M1902 saber. Black composite grip with horizontal grooves. Plated scabbard. CONDITION: light wear overall. 2) Nepalese style kukri measuring 16 1/2" overall with a 12” blade. Blade has the characteristic bend of a kukri and is decorated with a line & dots near the spine. Brass ferrule. Shaped bone grip. Black leather covered wood scabbard, which houses a small 4” knife emulating the kukri. CONDITION: light wear overall. 3) Belt knife made by Scott Porter of High Peaks Knives in Stuart, VA for The Camp-Fire Club of America. Knife measures 10 1/4" overall with a 5 1/4" blade. Blade is marked on one side “SCOTT PORTER MAKER HIGH PEAKS”, and on the other side there is a logo and “The Camp-Fire Club of America”. Grip appears to be an aggregate material. Black leather scabbard. CONDITION: nearly unused. 4) Belt knife made by Buck Knives. Knife measures 10 1/2" overall with a 5 7/8” blade. The blade is stamped at the ricasso “BUCK 76 USA”, and the blade is engraved on one side “PRESIDENT’S FOUNDERS CLUB”, and the other side is engraved “#4 1 of 100”. The wood grip is branded with a logo and the word “NRA HUNTERS LEADERSHIP”. Brown leather scabbard. CONDITION: nearly unused. 5) A skinning knife made by Charlton Ltd. that measures 8 1/2" overall with a 4 1/4" blade. The Damascus blade is stamped on one side “SAFARI CLUB 1-100” & “THS”. The other side of the blade is stamped “CHARLTON LTD 1989”. The hilt has a stainless ferrule with a 2-piece wood grip secured by 4 pins on each side. There is a small oval escutcheon plate on one grip. Brown leather scabbard. CONDITION: light wear overall. (02-17927/BF). $200-300.
