CONVERTED PISTOL. Cal. 58. NSN. This pistol was originally flintlock with having been converted to percussion by installed a nipple to the top of the barrel & replacing the hammer. Rnd. 8.5" bbl. w/ brass front blade & attached swivel ramrod. Original flint lock w/ brass pan filled in. Walnut stock w/ iron furniture & 2 crisp cartouches left side. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: consignor notes. CONDITION: iron parts have gray patina appearance with scattered marks & pitting around nipple. Good wood varnish with scattered dings & marks. Dark bore with light oxidation around muzzle. Appears mechanically fine. (01-29208/MD). ANTIQUE. $800-1,200.
