BOTH: Cal. 22 LR. Original blued finishes and smooth walnut grips. 1). NEW MODEL CONVERTIBLE. S# 65-32522. Bbl. 6 1/2" without "warning marks" (last year before implementation) having screw attached serrated blade on ramped base front sight; factory frame mounted adjustable rear. Made 1977 with alloy ejector housing. Matching numbered fluted 22 LR cylinder made without firing pin groove: missing its 22 Mag. cylinder. Silver eagle grip medallions. CONDITION: very good to excellent with slight marks on grip frame plus slight cylinder turn line and faint thinning on left side of barrel near muzzle. Faint marks on bottom of right grip. Near excellent bore and left grip. (24-7168/NW). MODERN. 2). OLD MODEL. S# 160228. Bbl. 5 1/2" without "INC." in address. Serrated blade front sight plus factory windage adjustable frame mounted rear. Made 1960 retaining original correct parts to include fully slotted steel ejector housing having flat faced ejector rod head; has not been factory safety updated. Alloy grip frame is first edition XR3 model; changed to XR3-RED in 1963; black eagle grip medallions. CONDITION: very good overall with some faint spots of peppery oxidation on barrel, ejector housing and lower right rear of cylinder frame. Light marks on right grip; left is near excellent. Faint cylinder turn line plus faint thinning at muzzle area of barrel and end of ejector housing. Near excellent grip frame and bore. (24-7240/NW). CURIO. $450-600. FOR BOTH.
