1) A nice WWII German Police sword measuring 35 3/8" overall with a plain blade marked "ORIGINAL (logo) Eickhorn SOLINGEN". Plated hilt with vertical oak leaf ferrule and a composite grip with no wire featuring an aluminum Police eagle. Black enameled scabbard with a plated throat. There is an "SS" proof stamp at the scabbard throat and on the underside of the guard. CONDITION: blade has a light gray patina with slight staining. Hilt and scabbard show light to moderate wear with oxidation on the scabbard body. 2) A good WWII German Police sword measuring 40 1/4" overall with a plain blade marked "(logo) EMIL VOOS SOLINGEN". Plated hilt with vertical oak leaf ferrule and a single wire wrapped grip featuring a copper Police eagle that was likely once plated. Black enameled scabbard with plated mounts. No "SS" proof marks. There is a Police knot attached to the scabbard. CONDITION: blade has substantial original factory polish. Hilt and scabbard show light wear. Knot shows light wear. (02-26152/BF).
