Preview times are available upon request. 1) A seldom-seen WWII-style German Pilot’s Badge by Juncker with a round wreath of laurel and oak leaves. The round wreath version is quite rare, but the exact reason for the variant is unknown. The front of the badge has a standard swooping eagle grasping a party symbol. The reverse has a humped, narrow pin with 2-rivet construction. The back of the eagle is stamped “C.E. JUNCKER BERLIN SW”. This badge is accompanied by a stickpin showing a standard Pilot’s Badge with a knurled pin. (02-22539/BF). 2) A beautifully executed Pilot’s Badge with a gilded oak and laurel leaf wreath and a central silver swooping eagle grasping a party symbol. The reverse has a narrow pin with 2-rivet construction. The badge is unmarked. This badge is accompanied by a stickpin showing a standard Pilot’s Badge with a knurled pin. (02-22541/BF). CONDITION: both badges and the stickpins show light overall wear. $600-900.
