These tools were the last offered by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company between the years of 1894 & 1916. Tools are all similarly marked "MANUFACTURED BY THE WINCHESTER REP. ARMS CO. NEW HAVEN, CT. U.S.A. MOD. 1894 PAT. FEBRUARY 13, 1894". (Calibers included:) No.1: Three 38-55 w/o decapping pins & two 38-55 w/ decapping pins. / No.2: Three 32-40 w/o decapping pins & one 32-40 w/ decapping pin. / No.3: Three 30 WCF w/o decapping pins. / No.4: Two 32 WS w/o decapping pins. / No.5: One 38-72 w/o decapping pin & one 38-72 w/ decapping pin. / No.6: Two 38-56 WCF w/o decapping pins. / No.7: One 40-65 w/ decapping pin. / No.8: One 45 Gov w/ decapping pin. / No.9: One 30 Gov w/ decapping pin. / No.10: One 25-35 w/o decapping pin. / No.11: One 45-90 w/o decapping pin. CONDITION: the tools are in good serviceable conditions. The chambers are generally bright inside. Most retain 50-60% original blue w/ wear, turning gray & patina. The 45 Gov. 500 GRS tool has a worn vintage reblue. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (02-24451/RW). NON-GUN. $1,000-2,000.
