1) A 6th plate waist-up tintype of a seated Infantry Sargeant with chevrons showing on his 9-button frock coat. There is a vest with a watch chain attached visible under the frock coat. The image is identified as Sargeant John Ford at Vicksburg. CONDITION: image remains sharp and is housed in a broken thermoplastic case. 2) A 1/4 plate ambrotype depicting a full-standing view of an Infantry Private holding his rifle. Image is quite light but appears to show a Private wearing a 4-button sack coat, kepi, & regulation trousers, holding a musket in front of him with a fixed bayonet. CONDITION: image is quite light and housed in a broken leather covered wood case. 3) A CDV depicting the same Infantry Private as in the ambrotype image. The pose is exactly the same, and the reverse of the card is identified as Private Immer Crittenden. CDV states that Crittenden died during the Civil War. CONDITION: CDV shows light wear.
