1) GERMAN. An M1916/17 helmet repainted with a field green finish. The liner and chinstrap are missing; however, the band and chinstrap clips are present. CONDITION: the repainted finish shows light wear. 2) GERMAN. An M1940 single-decal Army or Kriegsmarine helmet with a heavily sanded gray/green finish and a Wehrmacht-style decal on the left side that does have some gold hues showing. The interior rear is stamped "226," and the interior left is stamped “SE62.” There is no liner, chinstrap, or band. CONDITION: finish is approx. 85%. The decal is approx. 95%. 3) GERMAN. A civil model curved dip police helmet with a black finish, showing a police decal on the left side and a party decal on the right side. The brown leather liner is intact, but there is no chinstrap. CONDITION: finish is approx. 80%. The police decal is 95%, and the party decal is 85%. 4) AMERICAN. A put-together example of a US M1881 helmet. The helmet has an enlisted infantry front plate with a cavalry plume and plume holder, together with cavalry side buttons. The chinstrap is intact. The interior has a black sweatband. CONDITION: helmet shows light overall wear. (02-21864/BF). $500-700.
