1) An early war dagger measuring 15 1/4" in length with a plain blade marked "F.W. HOLLER (logo) SOLINGEN". Plated eagle crossguard with plated oak leaf/acorn decorated pommel and ferrule. Composite cream-colored grip with dagger knot attached. Plated scabbard with original hangers intact. CONDITION: blade shows primarily scabbard wear. Silver mounts have a dark, tarnished finish. Grip is undamaged. Knot shows light wear. Scabbard has a mottled patina with a large portion of the silver plating intact. Hangers show light wear. 2) A lower-quality dagger of the late war period or possibly assembled from parts after the war. Overall length is 15 1/2". Plain, unmarked blade with gray metal crossguard, pommel, and ferrule. Cream-colored composite grip. Lightly plated scabbard. CONDITION: blade shows primarily scabbard wear with some slight staining. Mounts have a gray finish. Grip is undamaged. Scabbard also has a gray finish with some plating remaining. 3) A lower-quality dagger of the late war period or possibly assembled from parts after the war. Overall length is 15 3/8". Plain, unmarked blade with gray metal crossguard, pommel, and ferrule. Cream-colored composite grip. Gray metal scabbard. CONDITION: blade has a medium gray finish with some scattered discoloration, primarily near the tip. Mounts have a gray finish. Grip is undamaged. Scabbard also has a gray finish.
