1) ENGRAVED BAYONET. Bayonet measures 16 3/4" overall with a 9 5/8” blade. The blade has a single medium fuller, and is etched on one side with foliate & aeronautical motifs, along with a panel that reads “ZUR ERINNERUNG AN MEINE DIENSTZEIT”. Blade is marked near the hilt “(logo) E.PACK & SOHNE SOLINGEN”. 2-Piece black composite grips. Plated guard & pommel. Black enameled scabbard with black frog. CONDITION: blade shows light scabbard wear. Hilt shows very light overall wear. Finish on scabbard is approx. 95%. Frog is solid. 2) BOOT KNIFE. A classic German WWII boot knife measuring 11 1/2" overall. Blade is unmarked with a 3 5/8” false edge. Iron guard with a 2-piece wood grip held on by 3 iron rivets. Black enameled sheath with integral belt spring clip. CONDITION: light wear overall. 3) TRENCH KNIFE. A Mauser K-98 bayonet, shortened to serve as a trench knife. Overall length is 13 3/8” with a 7 1/2" blade. Blade was originally blued, but much of the bluing has been ground away. Iron sheath with “make-do” iron belt clip. CONDITION: knife is solid and shows light wear overall, as remanufactured. (02-21231-3/BF). $500-700.
