1) MINESWEEPER. An exceptionally well made Minesweeper War Badge which appears to be copper or high copper content brass. The explosion and the water are silver plated and worn to the copper at the high points. The badge is slightly vaulted and the reverse has a light silver plating. The top of the explosion is marked " R.K. " . Wide pin. CONDITION: plating on the front shows wear to the high points. Hinge, pin and catch are present. 2) DESTROYER. This fine Destroyer War Badge has a gilded wreath with a zinc colored destroyer. The reverse has a narrow horizontal pin and a hook at the top. The lower reverse is marked " S. H. u. Co. ". CONDITION. badge shows light wear but does have an oxidized finish particularly on the ship and the reverse. Pin, hinge, and catch are present. 3) COAST ARTILLERY. A very good example of the Coast Artillery War Badge in zinc with a gilded wreath on the front and a gray gun emplacement. The reverse has a wide vertical pin and is marked near the base " FEC. OTTO PLACZEC BERLIN AUSF. C. E. JUNKER BERLIN". CONDITION: about 60% of the gilded finish remains. There is some white oxidation the the gun emplacement and the reverse of the badge.
