Preview times are available upon request. 1) SEA BATTLE BADGE. A nice example of a rare badge issued beginning in November of 1944. Badge has a Luftwaffe eagle at the top of an oak leaf wreath with a ship on the high seas in the center. The reverse has a narrow pin with rivet construction, and the badge is marked “L/13”. There is a lead seal with copper wire attached to the badge. (02-22507/BF). 2) GLIDER PILOT BADGE. A fine example of a rare Luftwaffe badge featuring a party symbol at the base of an oak leaf wreath with an eagle soaring attached to the wreath. The reverse has a narrow pin and rivet construction. The back of the eagle is stamped “W. DRUMER LUDENSCHEID”. (02-22509/BF). 3) PILOT COMMEMORATIVE BADGE. A very fine example of a scarce Luftwaffe badge featuring a silvered oak leaf wreath with a party symbol at the base, surrounding a darkened perched eagle. The silvered reverse has a narrow pin and is stamped on the reverse of the eagle, “CE JUNCKER BERLIN SW68”. (02-22510/BF). CONDITION: all badges generally show light wear. $500-800.
