1) Overall length: 14 1/2”. Blade length: 9 1/2”. A nice example of the V-44 survival knife by Kinfolks Inc. The bowie style blade has 2 narrow fullers at the top of each side. Blade is marked horizontally near the ricasso, “Kinfolks INC.”. Brass crossguard. Black plastic 1 piece grip w/ 3 aluminum rivets on each side. Brown leather sheath. CONDITION: blade has a light gray finish & has been lightly used but does have sharpening marks. Grip shows very light wear. Sheath shows moderate wear & closing strap is broken. 2) Overall length: 14 1/8”. Blade length: 9 3/8”. A fine example of the V-44 survival knife by Case. Black plastic 1 piece grip w/ 3 aluminum rivets on each side. Brown leather sheath. CONDITION: blade shows areas of original factory polish & very light sharpening scratches. Grip shows very light wear. Sheath shows light wear but has 2 diagonal cuts on the back side. 3) Overall length: 13 7/8”. Blade length: 9 1/4”. A fine example of the V-44 survival knife by Collins & Co. The bowie style blade has 2 narrow fullers at the top of each side. Blade is marked near the ricasso, “COLLINS & CO (arm & hammer) LEGITIMUS MADE IN U.S.A. NO. 18”. Brass crossguard. Black plastic 2 piece grip w/ 5 steel rivets on each side. Brown leather tooled sheath marked on the front, “COLLINS & CO (arm & hammer) LEGITIMUS”. The sheath is also stamped “13” on the front. The reverse of the scabbard is stamped, “LT JOE MIAZGA 0-750089”. CONDITION: blade is in exceptional condition & shows little or no use. Grip shows light wear. Sheath shows moderate wear.
