This group of 4 prints include 1 Print measuring 28" x 23" titled "NOT MY TURN TO DIE" and shows a badly shot up P-47 with a Luftwaffe pilot in a FW-190 beside him saluting. The Luftwaffe pilot chose not to destroy the defenseless Bob Johnson trying to hold his plane together and return to England, 1 Print measuring 30" x 24" titled "AMERICAN FIGHTER ACES SERIES 2" with several signatures including Col. Charles H. MacDonald with 27 victories. The print depicts his 24th victory on Christmas Day 1944, 1 Black and white print measuring 25 1/2" x 19 1/2" showing a mid-chest up view of Lt. Col. Francis S. Gabreski (34 1/2 victories) in flight gear. Gabreski's signature appears at the bottom of the print, and 1 Autographed print measuring 27" x 19" titled "ABOVE AND BEYOND". The print is autographed by 1st Lt. William Lawley and 1st Lt. Edward Michael. CONDITION: prints are wrapped and show no damage. (02-26401-3/BF). NON-GUN. $200-400.
