1). RUGER No. 3 Bicentennial in 22 Hornet caliber. Length of 22" with banded brass bead front sight; missing rear sight. Factory drilled and tapped for scope bases. Bicentennial marked and without "warning marks". Standard, unaltered forend and barrel band; no attachment screw. CONDITION: metal finish and bore are near excellent. Forend has small chip at top right front with balance close to near excellent. 2). STEVENS 44 1/2 in 22 LR caliber. Length of 24" with section equal to forend being octagon with the front section of 14 1/4" having rapid taper of .880" to .560" at muzzle. Only sighting provision on barrel are two scope blocks on barrel flat spaced at 7" rather than proper 7.2". Schnable tipped walnut forend without checkering. CONDITION: bore is near excellent as relined. Octagon section is very good to excellent finish; round portion has appearance of cold bluing. Good forend with light handling marks; finish appears original. 3). UNKOWN 20 1/4" in 32-20 caliber. Rear shank portion is about 1.080" in diameter and 1.880" in length before rounding to barrel that tapers from .820" to .610" at muzzle. Fitted with simple elevator adjustable rear sight and screw on ramped base with dovetailed Patridge blade front sight. Top of shank is boldly marked "32-20" in .200" high numerals; bottom of shank has 1/4" half circle cross slot for receiver retention. Simple walnut forend retained by 1 screw to barrel stud. CONDITION: near excellent bore. Good forend with light handling marks and hand wear of original looking finish. Metal finish is in the white mixed with light grey patina. 4). STRONG FIREARMS CO. 30 1/4" damascus patterned shotgun barrel of 12 Ga. Has ejector and simple walnut forend with "1658" on forend iron. CONDITION: overall patina with pronounced damascus pattern. Good bore with minimal light even pitting being bright overall. Punch marks by pivot cut on lug in an attempt to tighten barrel. Good walnut forend with aged handling marks. PROVENANCE: Estate of Groves Herrick. (02-25762-18/NW). NON-GUN. $200-300.
