1) A very nice vintage kukri measuring 16 1/2" overall with an 11” blade. The blade is decorated with swag work etching at the spine near the hilt. Brass ferrule with an elliptical iron pommel. Grip appears to be carved horn with lineal decoration. Leather sheath with a brass foliate-decorated crescent on the front and a similarly decorated throat. 2) A miniature kukri measuring 6 3/4" in length with a 4 1/2" blade. Plain blade with a small, narrow fuller and two circular cutouts near the hilt. Steel integral ferrule with brass, elliptical pommel. Horn grip with a brown leather sheath. 3) A ceremonial dagger, likely originating from India. Dagger measures 14 1/2" overall with an 8 7/8” multiwaved blade. Brass guard and flamboyant grip with brass foliate repousse-decorated sheath. 4) A 20th-century ceremonial dagger, possibly originating in India, measuring 16” overall. There is an iron blade with a brass 12-headed serpent tip and a highly stylized dragon hilt. CONDITION: all weapons generally show light wear with no notable damage. (02-23327/BF). $200-300.
