Four brown leather holsters of varying styles in good to very good condition. All appear for German or European use (not China). 1) Rare German Naval issued leather holster for Schnellfeuer pistol having eagle party symbol and "M" stamped at top of back near handle side; opposite side has cleaning rod trough (separating stitching at bottom front. Appears for RH cross draw use as worn on left side. Two clip pockets on front covered by large flap that also secures pistol; strap on holster secures to plated flap stud. Bottom of bbl. closure has been restitched. Clip pouches have wrinkled & slightly deformed shape. Darkened oiled front; lighter back w/ some black stain or leather dye.
2) Same as #1 but for opposite (LH) use. Light brown w/ stiff formed shape. Appears unused & non reproduction. No markings or damage; stud on flap is brass w/ vertegris.
3) Very good appearing unmarked holster that accepts pistol w/in its stock. Left handed example w/ sm. loop to hold cleaning rod. Strap on flap that mates to stud on holster for closure. Drain slot at bottom of bbl. channel. Back has two short straps w/ brass buckles to act as belt loops.
4) Medium brown unmarked flap holster having staple & strap retention for flap. Horizontal belt loop at top of back for RH across chest (or possibly hip) use. Verdigris on staple & appearance of rodent chew marks at bottom (only on front & clear at midpoint). (02-16946-5/NW). $800-1,200.
