1) GERMAN. A classic Luftschutz Gladiator-style helmet with dark blue/black paint and a large, gold Luftschutz winged decal on the front. The helmet has no liner, band, or chinstrap. The inside rear of the helmet is stamped "RL2-40/2 HOCHSTPRE Rmk 8-", and the inside rear also has a decal that reads "Vertrieb genehmigt gemass _ 8 Luftschutzgesetz Kopfweite: 55". CONDITION: helmet shows light wear but is not complete. 2) GERMAN. A civic-style fire police helmet with the comb removed from the top. Helmet has a black finish with a police decal on the left side and a Party decal on the right. Helmet has a brown leather liner and a black leather 4-point chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet body is heavily oxidized. Police decal is about 40%. Party decal is about 60%. Liner is dry but complete, as is the chinstrap. 3) GERMAN. An M1940 double-decal SS helmet. Helmet has a dark green repainted finish with replacement decals. The inside rear of the helmet is stamped "711", and the inside left is stamped "ET64". A black-painted number "57" also appears in the rear of the helmet. There is an 8-tongue brown leather liner with a tan leather chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet finish is about 98%. Decals are 100%. Liner shows wear but is complete and undamaged. 4) ITALIAN. A good example of a WWII Italian M1933 helmet. Helmet appears to have been repainted during WWII and shows a dark green finish over a lighter green. An 8-tongue, brown leather liner with black leather chinstrap. CONDITION: current finish is approx. 85%. Liner and chinstrap are dry but remain strong. (02-23070-3/BF). $400-550.
