This lot includes 1 U.S. Army Air Force survival knife or folding machete. Overall length is 15 1/2" extended. The blade is marked near the spine “CASE XX”. There is a black enameled cover over the edge, and black 2-piece grips form the handle. / 1 U.S. WWII machete measuring 24” overall with a blade marked “DISSTON U.S. 1943”. 2-Piece black composite handle & canvas OD scabbard. / 1 U.S. WWII machete measuring 23 1/4" overall. The blade is marked “TRUE TEMPER TT-18-B -1943-”. 2-Piece composite grip. No scabbard. / 1 Army Air Force survival machete. Overall length is 15 1/2". The blued blade is marked near the spine “CASE XX”. Edge has a black enameled metal cover and a 2-piece wooden grip. / 1 Folding knife by Buck, measuring 8 3/4" overall extended. Original black leather carrying case. / 1 Blade only measuring 8 1/2" overall with a 6” blade, engraved with a dragon and the words “HOFFRITZ N.Y. GERMANY”. / 1 German hunting dagger of the late 19th century. Overall length is 16 1/2" with a blade length of 9 3/4". Blade has a single medium fuller and is marked at the ricasso “(king’s head) (knight’s head) W.K & C”. Small turned-down guard featuring a resting stag. S-shaped crossguard with 3 acorn finials on the grip and one at the pommel. Grip is shaped antler. Scabbard is gilded brass mounted leather. CONDITION: most items show light to moderate wear. Dagger shows light to moderate wear overall. At one time, there was a small ancillary dagger at the front of the scabbard that is now missing. (02-21109-4/BF). $400-600.
