TAYLOR'S CAMP. Pencil and ink drawing with white highlights depicts Buck Taylor's encampment showing daily life with cowboys and Native Americans, tents, scaffolding with workers and teepees. Light clouds and birds in the sky. Bottom left corner with "View of the Camp - Taken from alongside the tent of Buck Taylor, The King of the Cowboys. Scaffolding of grandstand in distance to the right". Lower center "The tent on left, is "Redshirts" (The Senior Chief) - The tent on the right of drawing, is Buffalo Bill's". Signed lower right in the ground "AC Corbould." and right facing margin "Buck Taylor's Tent". Housed in a silvered wood frame, matted under glass. SIZE: overall 18 1/2" x 30", sight 9 1/2" x 20 1/2".
