WITH MATCHING FACTORY BOX. Cal. 308 Win. S# 1997CO 7094. Bbl. 20 1/2". VEPR semi-automatic rifle mfg. in Russia at the Vyatskie Polyany Machine-Building Plant and imported by ZDF. The left side of the receiver is marked with what appears to be a "BTL" logo above "VYATSKIE POLYANY", followed by Russian proofs, with ZDF's importer information, followed by "MADE IN RUSSIA" above "VEPR/ cal. .308 Win." marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a matte black enamel type finish overall. Checkered wood thumbhole buttstock with checkered wood forend. Open top AK pattern post front sight and RPK pattern rear sight, with AK pattern optic side rail present on the left side of the receiver. All numbers are matching and include the receiver (on trunnion), bolt carrier, bolt, as well as on the gas cyl. tube. MAGS: 1 5-rd. and 1 10-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box. CONDITION: near new, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory finish overall, exhibiting the usual dragline on the right side of the receiver from operation of the safety lever. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well defined rifling throughout. Wood furniture is excellent overall. Box exhibits some exterior wear but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable.
