TARGET GUN WITH CASE. Cal. 12 Ga. 2-3/4". S# 28763 S74. The 28" demi-block barrels fitted with narrow matted ventilated rib have forcing cones lengthened; been ported and fitted with Briley thin line choke tubes. All correct Browning markings are on either side of rib. Blued superposed action featuring gold plated mechanical single selective trigger. Gun appears to be an upgrade from a Diana grade with classic Diana themes enhanced by the addition of relief gold inlaid birds with five pheasant on left, four ducks on right, two partridge on bottom of action, and two rabbits on trigger guard bow all surrounded by large acanthus scroll with strapwork highlights. This fine work is by the renowned Angelo Bee who's signature is found in the grass under pheasant scene. Superb flame crotch figured American walnut long tang square knob buttstock measures 14" over brown Browning pad. Stock appears to be from a Midas grade gun with Midas type checkering. Matching long tapered target forend has usual Browning style release however forend is removable from barrel set. MEASUREMENTS: STOCK: DAH: 1-3/4". DAC: 1-3/8". CAST: neutral. LOP: 14". UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: gun is accompanied by green canvas leather trimmed Browning case lined in olive green cloth which contains 3 red plastic tube holders, each containing 2 tubes with 2 in gun for a total of 8. 4 pages of information on this gun from Gun Broker website dated 7/5/23 & 7/6/23. CONDITION: exceptionally fine as custom finished with only a few handling and assembly marks in all fine finishes. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanically fine. Case is very fine. (26-1921/MGM).
