Cal. 7.65 Arg. S# C1366. Bbl. 23". Blade front sight with protective ears. Tangent rear sight graduated to 1400m. All visible matching numbers. Bbl. has "7.65mm" markings on both sides ahead of the handguard. Receiver top has bold Argentine crest. Left side of receiver has "MAUSER MODELO ARGENTINO 1909" and DWM markings. Receiver, buttplate, and bolt are in-the-white; the balance of other parts is blued. Walnut stock set with left side sling provisions. Right side of butt has circled "A" cartouche. CONDITION: stock has an outline of a large sticker ahead of the bottom metal, and the rear right of the handguard has an armorer patch repair. stock set otherwise shows a few moderate chips, scattered dings, and handling marks. Receiver and bolt remain partially bright with some scattered pitting, oxidation, and light dings. Buttplate has a mostly gray patina with oxidation staining. Blued parts retain 50% original finish with overall fading to gray, edge wear, scattered light pitting, and oxidation. Action functions properly when hand-cycled. Very good, bright bore.
