OTHER ITEMS. This lot consists of the following items: 1) Two Civil War era photos. One photo appears to be of two Union solders & the other of a bearded man. 2) German 37mm Shell. July 1888 dated made by Spandau. Bottom of shell has black "138" in marker. CONDITION: bullet shows heavy tenting, shell shows scattered oxidation & age wear. 3) Two cutaway artillery rds. of unknown origin. Only one half of each rd. present to show inter workings. CONDITION: overall age wear, patina, oxidation, pitting & dings. 4) Three artillery rd. balls of varying size. CONDITION: overall age wear, patina & pitting. 5) 1873 Winchester Rear sight. Graduated to 800yds. CONDITION: appears reblued with some oxidation. 6) Leather boot strap with star spur. Western style leather strap with star spur. CONDITION: leather shows scuffing & age related wear. Metal is a gray patina with scattered age wear, oxidation & some age pitting. (02-26463/MJC). NON-GUN. $800-1,200 for lot.
