SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 7.65mm. S# 514014. Bbl. 4". Model 1900 semi-automatic pistol mfg. in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale. Left side of the slide is marked with a triad of Belgian commercial proofs (repeated on left side of rear sight assembly and frame) above "FABRIQUE-NATIONALE-D'ARMESdeGUERRE. HERSTAL-BELGIQUE.". Left side of the frame is marked with an encircled FN monogram and pistol logo above "BROWNING'S - PATENT/ BREVETE S.G.D.G.". Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the bolt, which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece "FN" monogram checkered horn grips. Standard fixed half-moon blade front sight and integral V-notch rear sight on breechblock assembly. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame, slide, and breechblock / rear sight assembly. MAGS: x1 blued steel 7-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some light edge wear, as well as some scattered spots and patches of light to mild pitting. Rear of frame, breechblock, and slide exhibit some wear fading to gray patina, as well as some striations from an apparent prior cleaning. Bore is bright, exhibiting consistent light pitting and some scattered spots of mild pitting, while retaining strong rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grips are very good overall, showing some light smoothing and a few light superficial handling marks. (26-1000/MLW). CURIO. $600-900.
