The Wild West Guns Co-Pilot, chambered in several different big bore options has become a legendary bush rifle for dangerous game hunters, backpackers & campers when spending time in the tough Alaskan bush. Starting life as a large loop Marlin Model 1870, it is completely disassembled & converted to a take-down configuration. The barrel is cut, ported & chambered in 50 Alaskan. The sights are upgraded to an elevation adjustable rear peep sight & a high visibility blade w/ a white face. The action is tuned for feeding, extraction & ejection before being reassembled w/ a WWG Bear Proof Ejector & a crisp 3-pound Trigger Happy kit. The beautiful checkered forend & stock are assembled & the stock fit w/ a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad to tame the additional recoil. It is parkerized for a durable finish & packaged in a lockable aluminum Royal hard case for easy transportation. Sling swivels front & rear. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 23"x7"x8" Royal aluminum case. CONDITION: All aspects indicate very little use, if any. Some light finish thinning on top of receiver indicating prior scope mounting.
