Cal. 455 Webley. S# 5220. Bbl. 6 1/2" pinned. Round blade front sight. Fixed rear sight. Matching numbers on grip frame, extractor, cyl., & right grip panel. British contract Mark II HE 2nd Model DA revolver. Revolver has various British military & sale markings including "X's". Blued finish with case colored trigger & hammer. Checkered walnut grips with diamond center & gold S&W medallions. S&W grip adapter present. Lanyard hole is vacant. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory letter that confirms the revolvers configuration. The letter further states the gun was shipped to Remington UMC in NYC in 1916, acting on behalf of the British government. CONDITION: grips show a few handling marks. Hammer & trigger retain most of their case colors with some operational wear & light oxidation. Balance of metal retains 90% original blue with some fading on grip straps, edge & operational wear.
