WITH BROWNING HARD CASE. Cal. 270 Win. S# 05033PZ117. Bbl. 22". BBR bolt action rifle mfg. in Japan by Miroku and imported by Browning Arms Company in 1981. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Browning's importer information above "MADE IN JAPAN", with the model and cal. designations marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the fluted bolt body, which is polished in-the-white. Aluminum trigger guard and hinged floorplate exhibit a polished black anodized finish. 1-piece glossy finished checkered wood pistol grip Monte Carlo stock features a dark wood forearm tip and grip cap, a right handed cheekpiece, as well as a textured black synthetic Browning buttplate. Toeline of buttstock and underside of forearm are fitted with Pachmayr flush mount sling swivel bases. Receiver is factory drilled and tapped with a 1-piece Browning scope mount, currently fitted with 2 unmarked scope rings. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: brown leather wrapped Browning hard case with cream "fur" interior. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting a few small spots of light surface oxidation, as well as a few small scattered superficial handling marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting a couple of small scattered spots of light surface oxidation and pitting, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Stock shows some superficial marks and impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sound. Case shows some exterior wear, with flaking present on the brass fittings. (26-1490/MLW).
