PISTOLS. BOTH: 22 LR. Coin finished actions have full coverage renaissance grade engraving. Vine type foliate scroll with punch dot backgrounds is surrounded by straight line borders. Engraving continues to trigger guard bow & front grip strap. Engraving is unsigned. Gold finished serrated triggers. Ramp mounted Patridge front sights with square-notch adj. rear sights. Gloss finished wrap around walnut grips with hand checkering, beaded borders & vine type foliate carving along the top. MAGS: both have one 10 rd. detachable. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original Browning black case with red velour fitted interior.
1) S# 58898U73. Bbl. scarce 4 1/2". Grips have a light color with some fiddle figure through butt. 1973 Belgian mfg. Only 121 Renaissance grade pistols with 4 1/2" barrels were manufactured 1962-1975. CONDITION: over 95% metal finish showing light wear on midsection of barrel & spots of freckling on bottom of frame & front grip strap. Very good grips. Bright, near-excellent bore. (22-2305/DS).
2) S# 47719U72. Bbl. 6 3/4". Darker colored grips with black streak highlights & marbled grain. 1972 Belgian mfg. Only 316 6 3/4" Renaissance models were manufactured 1962-1975. CONDITION: over 99% wood & metal finish. Bright, near excellent bore. (22-2306/DS). BOTH CURIO. $3,500-5,500.
