Cal. 41 Colt. S# 311875. Bbl 4 3/4". Bisley Model single action revolver manufactured by Colt in 1908. The left side of the barrel is stamped "(BISLEY MODEL) 41 COLT.", with Colt's 2 line address stamped over the top of the breech. The left side of the frame is stamped with patent information, followed by the encircled Rampant Colt logo. Frame is mounted with 2 piece Colt checkered brown hard rubber grips. Matching numbers are present on the frame, trigger guard, and rear grip strap. CONDITION: metal components retain traces of their original factory blue finish, with the balance retaining a dark gray patina, with scattered areas of pitting overall. Bore is bright, exhibiting scattered pitting and strong rifling throughout. Grips show heavy smoothing and scattered marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable.
