Cal. 38 Colt. S# 312067. Bbl 4 3/4". Bisley Model single action revolver manufactured by Colt in 1910. The left side of the barrel is stamped "(BISLEY MODEL) 38 COLT.", with Colt's 2 line address stamped over the top at the breech. Left side of the frame bears Colt's 2 line patent information, followed by the encircled Rampant Colt logo. Frame is mounted with 2 piece Colt checkered brown hard rubber grips. Front sight has been shortened and shaved down to a point. Matching numbers are present on the frame, trigger guard, and rear grip strap. CONDITION: frame exhibits a dark gray patina, with some areas of pitting. Blued components exhibit wear and thinning overall that shows through to gray and brown patinas. Very bright bore, exhibiting some scattered spots of pitting and retaining strong rifling throughout. Grips exhibit smoothing, with old repairs at the bottom front corner on each panel.
