Cal. 38 Spl. S# 129985LW. Bbl. 2". Cobra double-action revolver mfg. by Colt in 1962. Left side of the bbl. is marked "COBRA/ .38 SPECIAL CTG.," with Colt's 2-line address marked on the right. Aluminum frame exhibits a black anodized finish, with steel components exhibiting a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Colt medallion checkered wood grips. Blade front sight, with frame square notch rear sight. Frame is fitted with a black enamel-finished aluminum hammer shroud. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Uncle Mike's size 3 holster. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their original factory finishes, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning that show through to gray patina, scattered superficial handling marks, as well as areas of light to mild pitting overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show heavy smoothing and some scattered handling marks, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. Holster shows some mild wear.
