SCOUT REVOLVER WITH CASE. Cal. 22 LR. S# 3676G. Bbl. 4 3/4". Single Action Frontier Scout Kansas Centennial revolver mfg. by Colt in 1961. Left side of the bbl. is marked "1861 - KANSAS CENTENNIAL MODEL - 1961", with Colt's single line address marked across the top, and "COLT SINGLE ACTION FRONTIER SCOUT 22 L.R." marked on the right. Left side of the frame is marked with the encircled Rampant Colt standing atop a globe logo. Metal components exhibit a gold plated finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece smooth wood grips. Standard fixed blade front sight, with square frame notched rear sight. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Colt commemorative wood display case. CONDITION: fine, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory gold plated finish overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting a few spots of what appears to be hardened grease, while retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent overall. Case shows some exterior wear from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. (25-1255/MLW). CURIO. $400-600.
