ALL 4 (Matching numbered 598): Cals. 22 LR. Barrels are varied (listed below) with blade front sights plus frame notched rears. Variances in cylinders, trim finishes, grip frames and grips; noted individually below. Commemorative issue dates vary (1967-1970) per Colt reference books as noted below; no dates on barrels. All numbered 598 with suffix varying according to initials of the lawman; 3,000 of each produced. Light scroll engraving on butts of grip frames. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Colt branded black leatherette presentation cases with white or gold descriptive lettering on lids. Interiors have outlined velvet bases with satin under lids having Colt logos or rampant Colt images and all include simple Colt cardboard protective sleeves. All cases are near excellent. CONDITION: all aspects near excellent appearing new and unfired. 1). BAT MASTERSON. S# 598BLM. Bbl. 4 3/4"; fully nickel plated with fluted cylinder and SAA style checkered black plastic grips. Made 1967; case has dark red interior with silver rampant Colt. (24-4802/NW). 2). PAT GARRETT. S# 598PG. Bbl. 4 3/4"; nickel plated with gold accents of: fluted cylinder, loading gate, trigger, hammer, base pin, ejector rod head, ejector housing (nickeled screw), grip medallions and balance of screws. Bbl. 6"; blued cylinder frame, ejector housing screw and barrel with balance nickel plated (unfluted cylinder). Simulated pearl grips with sliver Colt medallions. Silver filled barrel lettering. Blued cylinder frame, ejector housing, grip frame screws plus trigger and hammer screws. Smooth walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.
