Cal. 32 Rimless. S# 447935. Bbl. 3 3/4". Model 1903 Hammerless semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Colt in 1925. Left side of the slide is marked with Colt's 2-line mfg. and patent information, followed by the Rampant Colt logo, with "COLT AUTOMATIC/ CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS" marked on the right. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the chamber area of the bbl., which is polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Colt silver medallion checkered wood grips. Standard fixed half-moon blade front sight and dovetailed U-notch rear sight. Slide matches the frame via the full S# on the interior. Mag. is absent. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, showing some light to mild edge wear and scattered spots of light surface oxidation overall. Rear of frame shows a deep scratch, with a series of shallow impressions present on the rear of the slide. Bright bore, exhibiting streaks of light to mild pitting along the edges of the lands, while retaining strong rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grips show some light smoothing, as well as some superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sound.
