PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. S# 787-M2. Bbl. 5". One of approx. 7,500 mfg. in 1968 to honor the Battle of the Marne. Fixed sights, spur hammer, milled trigger, highly polished blued finish with a gold inlayed and engraved battle scene left side slide and “1917 WORLD WAR I COMMEMORATIVE 1967” gold inlayed & engraved right side slide. Grips are smooth blond wood with medallions of an American eagle and American Soldier on each panel. MAGS: 2 total; 1-7 rd. 45 ACP, 1-8 rd. 10mm. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: display box with sliding clear cover and wall hook. CONDITION: metal retain about 97% original finish with scratches at the bottom the front strap and scattered about. Grips have light dings and a spot of roughness on base of left panel. Bore is good, bright, strongly rifled with some frosting in the grooves. (22-5569/CW). CURIO. $700-900.
