REVOLVER WITH FACTORY BOX. Cal. 22 LR. S# 80705. Bbl. 6". Officers Model Match double action revolver mfg. by Colt in 1961. Left side of the bbl. is marked "OFFICERS MODEL MATCH/ CAL. .22 LONG RIFLE", with Colt's single line address marked on the right. Left side of the frame is marked with the Rampant Colt logo. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall, save for on the sides of the hammer, which are polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with apparent custom 2-piece checkered wood grips, each inlaid with a silver Colt medallion on either side, and marked "5" on the butts. Ramped blade front sight with adj. square notch rear sight. Grooved trigger and back strap. Matching numbers are present on the frame and cyl. crane. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory wood grain cardboard box containing a non-matching factory test target, unused warranty card, as well as an envelope containing a spare cyl. bolt and bolt spring. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, showing some light to mild edge wear, as well as some superficial handling marks and scratches overall. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grips are very good overall. Box is in poor condition, exhibiting taped repairs along all edges. (25-6258/MLW).
