MATCHING FACTORY BOX. Cal. 22. S# G33536. Bbl. 6". Peacemaker .22 single action revolver mfg. by Colt in 1972. Left side of the bbl. is marked "PEACEMAKER .22", with Colt's single-line address marked across the top. Left side of the frame is marked with patent information, followed by the Rampant Colt logo. Frame and loading gate exhibit a case color hardened finish, with the cyl., bbl., and ejector rod housing exhibiting a blue finish. Aluminum grip strap / trigger guard assembly exhibits a black anodized finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered black plastic grips. Blade front sight, with frame notched rear sight. Front face of frame appears to have had some material removed at one point. Bbl. is not properly seated in the frame and requires gunsmith attention. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: matching factory box, containing a .22 Magnum cyl. CONDITION: frame and loading gate retain large amounts of their original factory case color hardened finish, exhibiting some wear and fading, some superficial handling marks, as well as a spot of oxidation on the left side of the recoil shield. Remaining metal components exhibit some light wear, as well as some scattered superficial marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show some superficial handling marks but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. Box exhibits some exterior wear, as well as a couple of tears, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable.
