MATCHING FACTORY BOX. Cal. 22 Magnum. S# 115024F. Bbl. 4 3/4". Single Action Frontier Scout revolver mfg. by Colt in 1960. Left side of the bbl. is marked "COLT SINGLE ACTION FRONTIER SCOUT .22 MAGNUM", with Colt's single line address marked across the top. Left side of the frame is stamped with the encircled Rampant Colt atop a globe logo. Alloy frame, trigger guard, and rear grip strap exhibit a black anodized finish, with remaining steel components exhibiting a blue finish. Sides of hammer are polished in-the-white. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Colt checkered black synthetic grips. Standard fixed blade front sight and frame notched rear sight. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory wood grain box, matching via "115024" in black marker on the bottom. Box contains factory paperwork. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some light edge wear on the bbl. and ejector rod housing, with a couple of small spots of oxidative finish loss present on the cyl. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grips are very good overall. Box shows some light exterior wear, but otherwise remains sound and presents nicely.
