Cal. 22 LR. S# 101231. Bbl. 6 5/8". Woodsman Target Model semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Colt in 1936. Bbl. is marked with Colt's mfg. and patent information over the top, with "THE WOODSMAN" marked on the left side of the receiver at the breech. Left side of the slide is marked "COLT", followed by the cal. designation and Rampant Colt logo. Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Aftermarket red beaded blade front sight, with adj. U-notch rear sight. MAGS: one 10-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear and thinning that show through to gray patina (primarily on the bbl.), with some areas of light to mild pitting present overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting strong rifling throughout. Grips show smoothing, as well as a few nicks and minor impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable.
