The left side of the upper assembly is marked "L.S.R. (F.A.L) cal 7,62mm (.308 W)" above the S# "00405", with "F.M.A.P. "DM" ROSARIO", followed by ARMSCORP's importer information above "MADE IN ARGENTINA" on the right. Metal components exhibit a matte black enamel finish overall. Black polymer buttstock (with cheek rest), pistol grip, and ventilated handguards. Additional features include standard FAL pattern front & rear sights, as well as an FAL pattern bipod, carry handle, and radial muzzle brake. Receiver is mounted with a Bresser TrueView 3-9x40mm scope. All numbers are matching and include the receiver, upper assembly, bbl., bolt carrier, as well as the Belgian proofed bolt. MAGS: 4 20-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: generic soft case containing 3 mag. loaders, and an original socket bayonet, as well as the factory box containing its styrofoam insert and manual. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their factory finish, exhibiting some light wear on the bolt and around the mag. well from use. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Black polymer furniture shows some scattered marks from handling and storage, but otherwise is very good overall. Scope retains a clear and sharp optic. Box and styrofoam insert show some mild wear from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. A extremely nice example of a desirable Argentine LSR semi-automatic rifle. PROVENANCE: From the Working Reference Collection of Military Arms Instructor, Master Sergeant Vincent Pestilli. (23-7551/MLW). MODERN. $1,200-1,800.
