SCARCE IDEAL GRIPS & STOCK / HOLSTER. Cal. 7.65x21mm Parabellum. S# 13579. Bbl. 4 3/4". Model 1900 Luger semi-automatic pistol, mfg. by DWM. Bbl. extension is marked with a contemporarily applied Great Seal of the United States over the chamber, with the intertwined "DWM" monogram present over the top of the forward toggle link. Front of frame is marked "GERMANY" below the S#. Major metal components exhibit a reapplied blue finish, with the takedown lever, trigger, safety lever, and ejector exhibiting a reheated straw finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece smooth wood Ideal grips. All serialized numbers are matching and include the frame, takedown lever, sideplate, trigger, grip safety, bbl., bbl. extension, breechblock, and toggles. MAGS: one 8-rd., with wood bottom stamped "GERMANY". UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: leather and steel Ideal Luger stock/holster. Right side of the holster body is lightly inscribed "E.P". CONDITION: metal components retain bountiful amounts of their reapplied finishes, exhibiting mild edge wear, with scattered areas of pitting present beneath the finishes overall. Dark pitted bore, retaining fair to good rifling throughout. Grips show scattered superficial marks and minor impressions from handling and storage but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. Leather holster body remains malleable, exhibiting scattered handling marks and a few spots of age-related cracking. Steel stock retains fair amounts of its original blue finish, with balance exhibiting a gray patina and scattered areas of pitting and dark oxidation overall.
