SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. Cal. 7.65mm (30 Luger). S# 3594. Bbl. 4 3/4" w/ matching number and saw tooth blade front sight; notched toggle rear. "Crown M2" over chamber representing King Victor Manuel II. Approximately 5,000 manufactured within S# 1-5000; highest known is S# 4460. Matching numbers on toggles, breech block, grip safety, sideplate (bottom edge), extractor ("CARREGADA" marked), trigger, takedown lever (bottom), receiver (bottom lug), barrel and both grips (left additionally marked "h" and right additionally with "V"). Left front receiver has triangle within circle proof as does bottom of barrel and rear of frame. Sear numbered "86". Safety position polished bright; safe with lever up. Frame without stock lug; has wide trigger and narrow trigger guard plus ring attached to lanyard loop. MAGS: 2 correct nickel plated 8 rd. with wood bases having circle triangle proofs. Conditions are fair to good with stained metal finish and very good. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: exceptional appearing black flap holster with brown interior and back. Black interior pouch for near excellent unmarked original appearing loading tool. Very good to excellent cleaning rod with oil cup handle. Single 1 1/2" angled black belt loop on back and flaps retained by brass studs. A.E. (Arsenal do Exercito) marked holster w/out a date; actually manufactured in various holster and saddlery shops that were under its preview. Very light scratching on back of holster to include cursive "Maria". CONDITION: very good overall appearance with high quality refinish. Mag. release normally strawed (as are other parts) but checkered portion is blued and opposite side polished bright as are trigger, takedown lever, ejector and safety lever. Safety sear bar in the white along with appropriate internal areas. Very good grips with light hand wear to diamond tops along with couple of small areas of slightly flattened tops. Fair worn bore, somewhat dark with even pitting throughout. (22-5555/NW). CURIO. 2,000-3,000.
