SINGLE SHOT TARGET PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. S# 1087. Bbl. 10". fluted with hooked Patridge front sight and early square notch rear. Mfg. 1928-1941, total production is estimated to be only a few thousand. These pistols were mfg. as competition for Colt's vaunted Camp Perry pistol with Walter Roper overseeing development. This pistol features the early curverd serrated trigger, low checkered hammer, and knurled circlular bbl. latch. Checkered wraparound grips. CONDITION: very fine overall retaining 97% original blue with only a few scattered light handling marks present. Near excellent grips. Mint bore. (25-1619/BH). MODERN. $800-1,200.
