SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. S# 3751-S. Bbl. 6". Second Series Woodsman Match Target semi-automatic pistol mfg. by Colt in 1949. Left side of the bbl. is marked with Colt's mfg. and patent information, with the Rampant Colt logo above "MATCH TARGET" marked on the left side of the frame. Left side of the slide is marked "COLT," followed by the cal. designation. Metal components exhibit a blue and matte blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Colt checkered mottled brown plastic grips. Blade front sight with adj. square notch rear sight. MAGS: one 10-rd. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting areas of edge wear, scattered superficial handling marks, as well as a few scattered spots of pitting and oxidation overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting well-defined rifling throughout. Grips show some superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. (24-6501/MLW). CURIO. $800-1,200.
