FAMOUS TEXAS TAXIDERMIST MR. FRED RUDOLPH. Mr. Randolph retired with his wife in Texas after 45 years as a taxidermist serving the elite Texas Hunter. This may be the only chance to own Mr. Randolph's work at this extensive level of animal. Long-time Hunting Partner, Texas Ranger Stg. Robert Garza appears in several photographs with the consignor. The Aoudad, also known as the Barbary sheep, originates from northern Africa. The species was introduced to North America in the early 20th Century when they were imported by zoos and later released into the wild by private owners and public officials following the decline of the native Desert Bighorn. This mount measures approx. 4 feet x 2 1/4 feet x 2". CONDITION: very good overall as this mount has a striking appearance that would complement any lounge. (02-17680/MD). $500-$1,000.
