This exact gun is featured in a 1976 "Muzzle Blasts Magazine"; cover article concerning contemporary master James Chambers. Bbl. 44" oct. to rnd. w/ wedding ring transitions, fixed rear sight & brass blade from sight, lockplate is beveled w/ rebated tail & flat serpentine cock, lined touch hole, brass furniture, striped maple stock w/ relief & incised carving, carved sliding wooden patchbox, inset spiral fluted bone cheek piece edge. Signed “D. Hamilton” on sideplate. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: photocopy of November 1976 article of "Muzzle Blasts" magazine featuring this gun. CONDITION: near excellent overall with small crack at the rear lock sideplate, metal smooth plum, wood is matching near excellent condition w/ good sheen & color.
