SEMI-AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 GA, 2 3/4". S# 155530. Bbl. 26". Model 50 semi-automatic shotgun mfg. by Winchester during the first year of Model 50 production in 1954. Left side of the bbl. is marked with the Winchester trademark logo, followed by the model and cal. designations, above "IMP-CYL." Aluminum receiver and trigger guard exhibit a black anodized finish, with the bbl. exhibiting a blue finish overall. Checkered wood pistol grip buttstock and forend. Grooved V/R with red fiber optic front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain the majority of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some light to mild edge wear as well as some superficial handling marks overall. Mirror bore, exhibiting some scattered freckles of light surface oxidation. Wood furniture shows scattered marks and minor impressions from handling and storage but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. A nice example of a first-year production Winchester Model 50.
