ACCESSORIES. Cal. 9x19mm. S# B2180. Bbl. 4 3/8". Modele 1950 semi-automatic pistol mfg by Manufacture d'armes de Chatellerault (MAC) between 1950-1963. Left side of the slide is marked "M.A.C", with the model and cal. designations marked on the right. Right side of the frame is stamped "FRANCE", followed by the S#. Metal components exhibit a parkerized finish overall, with the bbl. exhibiting a blue finish. Frame is mounted with 2-piece grooved black synthetic grips. Fixed serrated blade front sight, with integral U-notch rear sight. MAGS: 1 9-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: French brown leather holster, belt, and shoulder strap with a what appears to be a French arsenal tag indicating packaging on the 24th of September, 1985, sealed within transparent plastic packaging. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their arsenal phosphate finish, showing light to mild edge/overall wear, with discoloration present overall. Front grip strap shows an area of mild to moderate pitting. Bore is relatively bright, exhibiting consistent mild pitting and some deeper pitting towards the breech, while retaining strong rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Grips show numerous superficial marks and some small gouges from handling and storage, but otherwise remain sturdy and serviceable. Leather accoutrements are very good to excellent, as sealed in presumed arsenal packaging. (25-3494/MLW). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
