1) GERMAN. This M1918 helmet is an early reissue to WWII German forces. It has a Wehrmacht eagle decal on the left side, and the national colors decal on the right. The helmet has a dark green painted finish and is fitted with a bright red maneuver band. Helmet has its original 8-tongue brown leather liner with an interior label that reads “Pfalzer Gg. 18. (E) 71.-R. 40”. Original black leather chinstrap. CONDITION: helmet retains approx. 50% of its original finish. The Wehrmacht decal is 60% complete, and the national colors decal is 70% complete. The liner & chinstrap show wear but remain quite solid. 2) SWEDISH. A fine example of an M1926 Swedish military helmet. The outside has a dark field green finish. The interior has a 3-pad brown leather liner with a brown leather chinstrap. The rear interior has a black ink stamp that appears to read “Kcf 72”. CONDITION: helmet is unissued and shows only storage wear. 3) US. A standard WWII era M1 helmet with a medium green painted finish. Helmet is a front seam example with swivel bales and correct WWII era liner. This helmet includes a size 7 insulating helmet liner from the 1960’s in OD green with Velcro closure. CONDITION: helmet shows light wear overall with the majority of the original finish intact. (02-19794/BF). $500-800.
